Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

  • The shipping will produced until was receive the voucher of payment and the supporting institution confirm the payment to FixOEM. In the case the credit was accepted, will be proceed after the order or the confirmation order, always of the credit was not defeated. 
  • The equipments, materials or products that are in the inventory, will be send at least to bussines days after receiving the payment. 
  • In orders of special fabrication or are not find in the inventories, FixOEM will inform the time when can be make the deliver.
  • The client will pay the cost of the shipping and can decide whitch mail company want.
  • By any circunstance external to FixOEM, the order cannot be deliver in the time already establish, will be notify to the client. 
  • FixOEM will not be responsable for the delays of delivery in the products that cause by situations out of our hands, like: delays form our suppliers, shippier, lack of supplies, strikes, fires or natural disasters. 
  • Once the order has been deliver to the shipper or the post office, the deliver of the item is the responsability of them, the client will have the option to pay the insurance. 
  • If the client wish that the shipping agency take the responsability about the value of the products declare and cover all the risks, also the extreme cases, has to came with an addtional cost, with the value of the first insurance that was paid. 
  • When the order was deliver to a delivery company, will be inform to the client the tracking number by email, so the client can track it. 
  • The costs of the shipping are not included in the esteemed price, except when specify oppsite. 
  • The supplies will be deliver to the address indicated by the client and to the person who will be in the place at the time, showing an oficial identification. If nobody is in the place, 

    (a) If the delivery service was make by FixOEM, this will be charged for the second try; 
    (b) If the delivery service made by them, the policies of them will apply.
  • When staff form FixOEM did managed o made a mistake in the data of delivery, all the extra cost will go by them. 
  • The client has to check carefully the receive package and sign to confirm. IN THE CASE OF NOT BEING AGREE, THEY HAVE TO MAKE A COMPLAIN IN THE TIME OF DELIVERY, WRITE A GUIDE ABOUT THE SITUATION AND GIVE IT TO THE SUPPLIER IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
  • In the exportation products, the dates of delivery will depend by different factors that are not in the hands of FixOEM. Becuase of that we would do everything to acomplish the deliver but we will not be responsable for that.
